Power Thru Movement is a Holistic Science-based Movement Guide
As a Kinesiologist and a Certified Health Coach, Dana empowers individuals of all ages and abilities to awaken their body-mind connection to find healing and freedom. Her vast experiences, passion and commitment creates a judgment-free space allowing you to fully reconnect, realign, release and discover the real power of understanding your body in movement.
We want our bodies to feel free, not stiff and tension-filled with inflammation and stress. Understanding how we eat, how we move and how we think and their relation to the body’s inflammation can be a game-changer in finding freedom of movement and mind to live a full & engaged life.
The focus is on Movement Wellness with dialogue to guide and support healthy nutritional choices.

Kinesiologist & Certified Health Coach
My mission is to help people of all ages and abilities connect with their body, to find healing, learning, power, and freedom in their movement and mind.
My vision is that all individuals will seek to find and share peaceful yet powerful movement & attunement, in turn, find kindness and acceptance for themselves and others.
Life has thrown me many curveballs physically, emotionally, and logistically, thus I am no stranger to making challenging changes to find freedom in my body and my mind, thus my life!
"After living with ALS for 9 months, I was very frustrated with my rigid movement and the difficulty I had standing, walking, and picking things up. Fortunately, I reconnected with Dana who guides me to find more choices in my movement patterns with relaxation. Dana's unique method of using breathe and imagery gives me a sense of freedom and conserves my energy by relaxing those muscles not needed. With these same concepts, she helps me approach maintaining posture with ease and softening the tension in my shoulders."
