Her vast experiences, passion, and commitment creates a judgment-free space allowing you to fully reconnect and discover the power of understanding your body. This process encompasses body alignment, central strength, and releasing holding patterns leading to unobstructed movement, clarity, and the liberation to live a free life.

My mission is to help people of all ages and abilities connect with their body, to find healing, learning, power, and freedom in their movement and mind. My vision is that all individuals will seek to find and share peaceful yet powerful movement & attunement, in turn, find kindness and acceptance for themselves and others.

Fortunately, I reconnected with Dana who guides me to find more choices in my movement patterns with relaxation.
